Friar Park Fun Day
The Friar Park Fun Day was held last August 2008 and was aimed at celebrating the work of the Friar Park Partnership which has been working over the previous 12 months with local organisations to develop a wide range of community regeneration projects in the Friar Park area.

There was a wide range of entertainment for people of all ages to get involved in including; face-painting, a bouncy castle, a train ride, a climbing wall, a penalty shoot-out activity, a fire engine, a large table-top sale, Mendhi painting, Tarot reading, a game of prize bingo and a raffle.
Between 800 and 1000 local people (including over 50 volunteers) turned out to support and enjoy the celebrations throughout the day.
So, once again, preparations are underway for this year's event on 15th August 2009 and we need your help.
