T'AI CHI - A new way to get fit
Taught by a qualified T'ai Chi instructor, the sessions will cover keep fit, self-defence and improving your physical and mental well being.
T'ai Chi gently and steadily relaxes the body and refreshes the mind. The benefits associated with T'ai Chi include: improving your immune system, improving suppleness and joint flexibility, increasing muscle tone and stamina.
