If you have, this is the perfect course for you. It consists of four units, which are:
Unit 1: Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology and teaching method
Unit 2: Promote Healthy Living
Unit 3: Demonstrate knowledge of the exercise and fitness work environment
Unit 4: Plan and teach an exercise to music session
This course is Free to anyone receiving benefits including family tax credits. This covers OCR materials, assessment, registration, grading of units, testing for written exam and OCR certificate.

You will get the OCR level 2 in Teaching Exercise and Fitness; Exercise to Music Qualification.
This qualification is recognised by all employers in the health and fitness industry.
