New beginners B&Q D.I.Y. course
In partnership with B&Q, Surestart previously organised a short DIY course for people with very little or no DIY skills.
The course lasted for 10 sessions and by the end of the course, you would hopefully have been able to do lots of practical things like hang doors, painting & decorating, lay laminate flooring and even fix leaky taps!

Everyone completing the course was given a new toolbox and £60 worth of tools.
The new course started 6th September, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am - 11.30 am for five weeks.
