Want to get in shape?

NOW YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE! In response to popular demand, we have arranged fitness sessions for local residents, in a local venue close to you.

The classes are very friendly and welcoming and are aimed at people of all fitness levels, whether you're a born athlete or couch potato!

Aerobics

Look and feel better in 12 weeks.  Exercise to music will help you lose weight so come and join our Aerobics class to achieve a toned and defined body.

The Sure Start Children's Centre
6.45pm - 7.30
every Monday £2.50 per session

Bums, Legs and Tums
Excellent to get rid of those wobbly bits. This session targets those problem areas in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Classes held by a qualified Aerobics instructor

The Sure Start Children's Centre
7.30pm - 8.15
every Monday £1.50 per session

Yoga
This class concentrates on stretching exercises and helps with relaxation. Excellent after those more stressful days with the children.

The Sure Start Children's Centre
8.15 pm - 8.55pm
every Monday £1.50 per session

Classes last approx 45 minutes

NB - New pricing structure

Bums, Legs & Tums and Yoga

With effect from Monday 2nd November 2009, Bums, Legs & Tums and Yoga will now cost £1.50 for each class, or £2.00 for both.

This does mean a price increase, but it is the first for about 5 years and still involves substantial subsidy from the Children's Centre
