Lets Talk Babies

Dear New Mom,

This is an opportunity for new mothers wanting to spend time out of the house and to meet other new moms and talk about how you feel as a new parent. You can spend time with your baby while getting to know other parents in similar situations. A health worker and an early years worker are available to answer any questions you might have

The group has informative and fun sessions to help you adjust to your new arrival. Topics which are covered include weaning, home safety, post natal depression, and baby massage.

We also give you a chance to bring up other topics you are interested in, so this varies each week depending on what you, as parents, would like to discuss!

The sessions are informal with no pressure to talk if you don't want to!

The group is open to anyone with a baby under six months old.

Meetings take place every Monday:

Time: 10.30am until 12.00am
Venue: Priory Family Centre

New course starting in September 2009 - don't forget 50p for baby oil!

(There will be a crèche available to those that need it being as this is during the school holiday period)
